SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in guest interactions and transactions
  • Comfortable working with cash and maintaining balanced cash floats
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and guest lists is an asset
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
