We are currently seeking a polished and professional Guest Experience Host to join our Front of House team. This role combines hosting and reception duties, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure. About the Role As Guest Experience Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a professional welcome while supporting reception operations and overall front of house service. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment. Qualifications Skills & Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Professional telephone manner and confident use of reservation systems. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, as well as shift patterns between the hours of 7am - 11pm. Personal Attributes Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
