Job Description The Guest Services Lead is responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel and hot springs. This role also supports retail operations, providing leadership and guidance to team members while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism.Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $18.55 to $18.55. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job Responsibilities Front Desk Operations Supervise daily front desk activities, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries. Ensure accurate handling of payments, billing, and guest accounts. Train and mentor front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Guest Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs and special requests. Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality standards. Retail Support Assist with retail store operations, including inventory management and merchandising. Train staff on product knowledge and upselling techniques. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals. Leadership & Administration Manage guest services staff shifts. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Prepare reports on guest feedback, operational issues, and retail performance.
