Hours: Full time 48 hours 5 days a week

We are looking for a Guest Services Manager to join our team. As our Guest Services Manager you will be an ambassador for the hotel as well as the team you are leading. Managing the operations throughout the day, you will be passionate about delivering 1st class service to our guests whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and confident manner
  • Leading a diverse team and enjoy coaching and developing team members
  • Providing the highest level of hospitality when on duty when working on reception or in our Restaurant & Bar
  • To communicate and share knowledge with other hotel departments, on a regular basis
  • Hands on approach and ensure all tasks are completed accurately
