Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Guest Service Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations, leading a passionate team to deliver seamless, warm, and memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
You’ll be a hands-on leader, confident in managing day-to-day hotel operations, resolving guest concerns with professionalism, and ensuring service excellence is consistently delivered across all guest touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire the front office and guest services team
  • Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
  • Support the opening and operation of our new bar, restaurant, and rooftop terrace
  • Manage daily operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Train and coach team members to deliver top-quality service
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold Staycity brand standards at all times
