Description

The Vacation Newport team is looking to bring on a Sales and Guest Service Manager that will support our dynamic vision and fast paced operation. Vacation Newport specializes in providing luxurious accommodations to travelers visiting Newport County year-round. The selected candidate is expected to manage all sales tasks which include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage the Guest Services Team
- Respond to guest surveys
- Ensure guest satisfaction both pre-reservation and post.
- Answer inbound telephone calls
· Enter reservations, audit guest profiles and apply payments to guest accounts
· Work efficiently as part of a team and independently
· Respond to guest inquiries and handle any guest complaints
· Display outstanding customer service at all times
· Schedule showings, appointments, and events
· Manage and complete all functions of the check-in and check-out process
· Ensure guests have all applicable information prior to check in
· Manage and maintain inventory supply levels. Place supply orders when needed
· Complete unit inspections prior to guest check in
· Maintain excellent curb appeal and ensure grounds remain in optimal condition
· Participate in brainstorming meetings that assist in improving operations
· Perform all other office tasks that are or become necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
