As a Guest Services Officer, your role is to achieve the highest possible level of guests’ satisfaction, by managing all their requests in a friendly, helpful and genuinely hospitable way. As a Guest Services Officer, you should have an excellent knowledge of the resort and facilities as well as of daily events and activities, to provide accurate information to guests during their stay. with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and promotions to effectively assist guests. Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments. Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
