As a Customer Services Operator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting guests across the entire Bamford Collection. From handling enquiries to managing bookings, you’ll ensure every guest receives a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience. Please note: This role includes some evening and weekend work on a rota basis. Shifts run between 8:00am–6:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am–5:30pm on weekends.
