Join our fantastic team at the Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI as a Overnight Audit Agent. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with a warm and professional demeanor. Pay: $19 Per Hour Shift: Part- Time- 2 nights a week - Friday and Saturday Schedule: Overnights 11PM- 7AM Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner. Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist with the management of reservations and room assignments. Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
