Description Guest Service Representative – Part Time, Mornings and Afternoons We’re looking for a friendly, organized Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for residents and program participants. This role supports registrations, facility bookings, membership sales, and general inquiries. Pay Rate: 17.50 per hour Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email. Handle registrations, rentals, and point-of-sale transactions. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Balance daily receipts and prepare deposits. Use RecTrac/WebTrac systems and complete clerical tasks accurately. Requirements Must be at least 16 yrs. of age. Candidate must be dependable and able to possess good judgment in difficult situations. Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and other staff. Ability to follow direction and work independently. C.P.R., AED, and First Aid Certification required; or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire date.
