Are you great with numbers, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cage team! As a Cage Cashier/Guest Service Rep, you’ll be at the heart of the action; handling transactions, assisting guests, and ensuring accuracy while delivering top-notch service. What You’ll Do: Provide friendly and professional service while making change, cashing out E-tickets, and processing slot payouts. Support our team by issuing banks to employees and departments. Accurately complete key transactions in accordance with Gaming regulations. Sign up and assist Rewards Members by explaining benefits, promotions, and perks. Keep cool under pressure and maintain composure in a busy environment. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the Cage and our guests. Qualifications Education and Experience: High School Diploma and/or GED required. Must have previous experience in handling cash. Knowledge of Title 31 requirements while enforcing gaming policies and procedures. Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to work independently and unsupervised. Must be able to use a 10 key and have strong computer skills. Basic knowledge of S.D.S, or Casino Market Place is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. Required Work Cards Registration with Gaming Control Board. Responsibilities
