JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk/Valet Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hotel front desk role is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage
