  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
