Description

MAIN OBJECTIVES

  • Provide excellent customer service through established programs, including but not limited to providing information, support and services to the shopping and travelling public
  • Establish a perceived value for Guest Services that exceeds the expectations of customers and tenants
  • 8 to 20 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Basic accounting knowledge (i.e. balancing cash with receipts)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Understanding of good customer service practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Mature, enthusiastic, outgoing
  • Must be prompt, reliable, personable
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be self-motivated as well as a team player

  • Gift Card Sales
  • Daily deposits and reconciliation
  • Shift reports and logs
  • Prepare and manage various customer tracking initiatives
  • Resolve and/or forward to the appropriate department any and all customer comments and/or inquiries
  • Assist Security and Maintenance with various situations, i.e. missing children, tenant requests
  • Assist with various on-site promotions and events
  • Complete other projects as directed by management
