QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service capacity.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, and organizational skills.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing & Specialty Leasing Manager, you are an energetic, resourceful, and welcoming Guest Service Representative. The Guest Service Representative manages the daily functions of the Guest Services Desk – the hub of Sherwood Park Mall. As the Centre’s first point of contact, you are a resource to both tenants and shoppers and a champion for the Centre’s programs.
