Skyterra Wellness, an award-winning wellness retreat located in Pisgah Forest, NC, is seeking a Guest Services team member to support our program. Daily, Sunday to Sunday: 8:00 am-2 pm or 2 pm-6:30 pm
Fixed weekend Shift Friday-Sunday available for the right person

• Assist guest requests with scheduling and other concerns
• Execute all guest check in and check out procedures as needed
• May lead 1 evening activity per week
• Accommodate all guests requests (Find a way to WOW guests)
• Assist with gift shop purchases
• Assist with scheduling spa appointments and private sessions
• Assist with transportation needs
• Coordinating travel and meals to-go for departing guests
• Coordinating pre-arrival paperwork, swag, and amenities
• Scanning and filing documents
• Other tasks as neede
