Your Purpose as a Guest Services Representative: Accurately receives cash, checks, and credit card payments for service work. Accurately calculate and communicate repair orders. Verify the identity of the person picking up the vehicle by checking their name on credit card, check, or driver’s license. Organize and file repair orders, invoices, and lists of missing documents. Reconcile cash drawer during shift changes and daily for start/end of business. Supply amenities for the customer waiting area and help keep it clean. Provide backup assistance to all customer relations departments as needed. Assists in the delivery of vehicles, if needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle Additional Qualifications: A team-first always perspective with a desire to win together attitude.
