What You’ll Do Be the first friendly face our guests see and the last “come back soon” they hear. Check guests in and out smoothly and efficiently; place welcome/departure calls per standards. Anticipate needs and resolve questions quickly; loop in the right team when needed. Answer phones, voicemails, and emails warmly and efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen to keep stays seamless. Complete shift checklists accurately; review pass-along logs for smooth handoffs. Count/verify the cash drawer and report discrepancies to the GM. Keep the front desk neat, organized, and guest-ready. Pitch in with concierge and bell services as needed.
