Duties: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Check guests in and out of the hotel - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems - Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
