Location: Skyline Park at Ponce City Market – Atlanta, GA Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal Reports To: Operations Manager POSITION SUMMARY Skyline Park is seeking energetic, friendly, and guest-focused individuals to join our Guest Services Team. As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences by welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with attractions and activities, handling transactions, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced entertainment environment and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude. * Provide information about attractions, activities, promotions, and special events. * Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and check-in procedures. * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. * Monitor attractions and recreational areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to park policies. * Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service recovery situations. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas. * Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown when needed. * Conduct opening, operational, and closing procedures as assigned. * Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. * Uphold Skyline Park’s standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism. * Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Minimum 18 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment. * Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. PREFERRED * Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, entertainment venues, restaurants, hotels, attractions, or customer-facing roles. * Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high guest interaction. * Knowledge of entertainment, tourism, or recreational venue operations.
