REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS OR OTHER PUBLIC CONTACT FIELD. EXPERIENCE WITH ACCESSING INFORMATION THROUGH AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM. ATTENDANCE OF DE-ESCALATION 101 AND COMPASSIONATE CONVERSATION CLASSES WITHIN FIRST YEAR (MISSION HEALTH COURSES).
