Woodley Acres Pet Resort is hiring a Guest Services Receptionist — a customer-focused, detail-loving team player who thrives in a fast-paced, pet-friendly workplace.

As a Guest Services Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face (and voice!) that clients interact with. You’ll play a vital role in helping both people and pets have the best possible experience with us. Your day will include a mix of customer service, admin coordination, pet check-ins, and retail support.

Key Responsibilities Client Service & Communication

• Greet every client and pet with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and helpfully
• Learn client and pet names and create memorable service experiences
• Give tours of our facility to potential customers
• Address client concerns and support issue resolution in a professional way
