Job Description A career that lets your passion shine: Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional and genuine hospitality experiences to our guests and colleagues Assist with designing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures which enhance the guest journey Motivate, train and support the Front Office team Deliver a refined and concise level of communication to the Front Office team to ensure product knowledge and local offerings are well known and shared to our guests Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Minimum 2 years in a hotel Front Office environment Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system A guest-focused personality is essential Strong written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Available to work over a 7 day roster A demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement SOPs and best practice guides which balance guest focus, auditable requirements, efficiency and varied learning styles A professional and well-rounded approach with a focus on interdepartmental relationships and internal team culture Full, unrestricted Australian working rights Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and current First Aid & CPR Full & unrestricted drivers license, able to confidently drive manual vehicles Additional Information Thrive in our Sofitel community, with: Employee benefit card offering discounted accommodation and food & beverage discounts in Accor properties worldwide Up to 50% discount on meals at Sofitel Adelaide Family & Friends accommodation discounts Learning programs through our Academies Free 24 hour access to our Employee Assistance Program Opportunities to develop your talent and grow within our property and across the world!
