• You take responsibility for your shift and, together with your team, ensure that everything runs smoothly, from check-in to the bar to breakfast.
• You motivate and strengthen your team in everyday work, distribute tasks, give constructive feedback and always have an open ear for your colleagues.
• You will work closely with our leadership team and gain insights into the operational and economic management of the hotel.
• You develop your team further, accompany new colleagues during onboarding and support them in developing their potential.
• You are the first point of contact for your team and our guests, you handle guest feedback and find suitable solutions for special situations that fit our Ruby philosophy.
• You keep an eye on our standards and processes, contribute your own ideas and improvements, and take the opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally.

• Do you have experience in the hotel, restaurant, or a comparable service-oriented environment?
• Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience or are ready to take the next step in your career.
• You are a passionate host and, together with your team, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
• You gladly take on responsibility, think in a solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations, setting clear priorities.
• You work in a structured manner, are reliable, and are keen to actively participate in shaping things.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment and appreciate the variety between front office, bar and operational management -– experience with a PMS is a plus
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
