As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an energetic, service-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced work environment to fill our part-time Guest Services Supervisor role. Having a passion for health and fitness is important and customer service experience is a must! Requirements In joining our team, you'll be responsible for: Greeting and providing excellent customer service to all HCI members and guests Maintaining extensive knowledge of all sports programs and facility operations; be able to provide this information to members, guests, and visitors Assisting Manager with the training and onboarding of new employees Supervising a team and ensuring cash totals are correct at the end of each shift Monitoring security and visitor access Efficiently fielding phone calls and inquiries about programming Helping with general facility maintenance and upkeep of amenities Providing general administrative and clerical support Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries And more... To be a great fit, you'll have: Availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm - 8:15 pm, and Thursday 2 pm - 9:15; must be available to work at least 2 shifts per week Minimum of one year of experience in a reception or related customer service position; six months of supervisor/management experience preferred High school diploma or GED Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond appropriately Professional personal presentation Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail Team oriented mindset Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills and the ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays, as needed Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Effective computer skills What you’ll get as a member of our team: $17 - 20 per hour, based on experience A complimentary membership to HCI Sports & Fitness A fun work environment on a great team!
Responsibilities
