Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic, service-driven team member to lead our front desk operations as a Guest Services Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within our hotel and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The shifts include days, evenings and Weekends. This is a full-time role with 30-40 hours per week.
We are looking for a person with leadership skills to deliver the highest standards of excellence through Genuine Care for our guests and staff. You foster relationships with the team through effective communication, coaching, training, development and empowerment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Friendly, attentive, and fun personality
· Positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction and employee support
· Guest services experience
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
· Previous supervisory experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.80-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
