JOB SUMMARY

This is a key role to help lead the Guest Services Team within WSC whilst also developing your own skills with an opportunity to grow yourself and develop further within Ethos Farm. We are looking for a Team Leader who is committed to developing others and progressing their own career. This role is in WESTFIELD STRATFORD CITY.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE: KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Consistently maintain a high quality, efficient guest service to retailers and guests within the centre through coaching and hands-on supervision of the Guest Services team
  • Implement all Guest Services processes through the Guest Services team, communicating in a clear and positive way
  • Manage direct reports
  • Deliver Guest Service team objectives, improve processes & procedures and constantly seek ways to improve Guest Services impact on the centre
  • This is a floor-based role predominantly to lead the GS team
  • Support Senior Management within GS

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire the Guest Service team, maximising the available resources and providing tailored training and coaching in order to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and feedback training requirements to enhance individual and team performance
  • Implement a consistent performance development process across the team through regular 1-1 communication, team events and annual performance assessment across the Guest Service team
  • Communicate regular daily and longer-term briefings, following up where necessary to ensure team coherence and understanding
  • Support Guest Services Manager in the planning of team rotas to ensure maximum visibility, guest availability and ensure accurate payroll recording and reporting
