Description Provide excellent guest service while performing a wide variety of computerized sales functions including but not limited to Snowpark permits, lift tickets, season passes and Magic Mile Skyride tickets. Ensure Timberline guests leave with a positive experience of RLK and Company. Essential Functions Maintain a courteous, professional attitude towards guests and staff at all times. Abide by department standards, company rules and policies. Basic ticket office skills and product offering Sell snow park permits Deliver accurate guest service information Communicate season pass product offering Season pass processing and printing Follows proper cash handling procedures and opens/closes registers Restock sales points with tickets, snow park permits, zip ties, etc. Answer guest phone calls and return voicemails Utilize department tools (Opticard, Google Sheets, etc.) Keep lobby clean. Set up/tear down crowd control lines and mazes Assist with off-site events and shows. Actively participate in RLK and Company’s Health & Safety Program by identifying and reporting potential hazards, reporting incidents, and promoting a healthy workplace Exercise stewardship of all RLK and Company facilities and environments, ensuring that efforts are made to reduce, reuse, and recycle when the opportunity is present. Regular and reliable attendance. Requirements Must have basic computer skills. Must have excellent guest service skills. Must have exceptional cash handling experience. Must have exceptional math conceptualization. Must have high quality organizational skills. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain calm while working difficult situations. Must be able to walk on uneven, slick, snow and icy surfaces. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and able to carry over 20 lbs. Must be able to stand for an 8-10 hrs. shift. Must be able to walk to the hotel, to Magic Mile lift and back several times per day in all weather conditions. Must be able to work in a high pressure, high energy environment for an entire 8 hrs. shift. Must be able to work in hot and/or cold room temperatures.
