Are you interested in learning about real estate and short-term rentals (Airbnb)? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our growing Property Management team as a QC/QA Short Term Rental Turnover Inspector!
As a Quality Control and Assurance Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that our rental properties meet the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected by our guests. You will inspect our homes, oversee the cleaning process, and ensure that everything is in perfect condition for incoming guests. This position offers an exciting chance for professional growth, with opportunities to contribute to improving processes and become a leader within our company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning, or as a personal assistant is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle).
  • Able to drive to different locations
  • Availability between 11 am and 4 pm, with occasional weekends.
  • Every day can be different, should be organized and able to plan your own schedule, but also flexible when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect properties after guests check out, typically after 11 am, to ensure guests have not damaged anything and needs to be replaced.
  • Conduct detailed inspections after cleaning teams finish their work, before 4 pm., to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next guest.
  • Upload post-cleaning photos to document the property’s condition.
  • Take photos and report any damages or issues.
  • Step in to assist cleaners when tasks are incomplete, which may include fixing beds, washing linens, wiping surfaces, changing towels, and taking out trash.
  • Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and other consumables.
  • Think creatively and take initiative to resolve last-minute issues
  • Ensure properties meet company standards.
