OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS COUNSELLING AND DEVELOPMENT SECTION Guidance Services Officer (25260563) We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team player to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with psychological counsellors to organise programmes that promote students’ mental wellness, while also coaching and mentoring students to facilitate their personal growth and support them in planning meaningful activities. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support in related programmes;  * Provide individual mentoring and coaching to students; * Assist in the creation of simple visual materials and coordinate with designers to support graphic design projects;  * Collaborate with internal and external parties and professionals to organise and deliver programmes, activities and workshops for students; and  * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * A bachelor’s degree or above; * Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification work experience; * Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Genuine interest in psychological wellbeing and supporting students; * Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphic design software; and * Experience in wellness programme organisation and basic graphic design is preferred.
