· Analyse existing Guidewire systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
· Define and recommend solutions for building systems that operate efficiently across multiple countries.
· Design and implement single instance or multiple instance Guidewire systems based on client requirements.
· Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
· Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Guidewire systems.
· Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
· Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and industry trends.
· Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Guidewire Technical Expert or similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy enter, Billing enters, Claim enter).
· Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
· Experience with multi-country system implementations.
· Proficiency in Java, GOSU, and other relevant programming languages.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Preferred Qualifications: Guidewire certification. Experience with cloud-based Guidewire implementations. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
