The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and integration development, along with a strong understanding of insurance domain processes. This role involves building scalable integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless data exchange between Guidewire platforms and external applications. As a key member of the technology team, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of integration frameworks that support business operations, policy administration, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integration solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem. Build and maintain integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter using web services, messaging, APIs, and batch processes. Develop scalable and secure interfaces between Guidewire applications and third-party systems. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration designs and technical solutions. Configure, customize, and enhance Guidewire integration components to meet evolving business needs. Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Develop and execute unit testing strategies to ensure code quality and application stability. Support deployment activities, release management, and post-production monitoring. Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge repositories. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and best development practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and integration framework enhancements. What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of experience in Guidewire development with strong expertise in Integration Development. Hands-on experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter and its integration capabilities. Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture, web services, messaging frameworks, and APIs. Experience developing integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and related technologies. Knowledge of insurance domain processes, policy administration workflows, and system integrations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with distributed teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Good to Have Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter. Exposure to Guidewire Digital, DataHub, or InfoCenter. Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration technologies. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing practices. Guidewire certifications or relevant insurance technology experience.
