As a Guidewire Lead Developer - PolicyCenter Senior Associate - Operate, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, code, and test software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organizations, contributing to their strategic goals. Responsibilities Deep experience in Guidewire Policy Center and working knowledge on Guidewire Claims Center, Billing Center and Contact Manager. GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework and Guidewire Web Services. - Developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations - Analyzing client requirements and implementing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency - Designing, coding, and testing software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications - Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align software solutions accordingly - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative ideas - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements - Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others - Navigating complex situations and embracing change to grow personal skills and technical knowledge What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 plus years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Good Knowledge on XML & JSON formats and ANT, MAVEN, Gradle scripts.
