We are seeking someone that is dependable, has a strong work ethic, and a hard worker. Location: On-site at our Puyallup, WA site Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Compensation: Starting Wage $16.66 Wage Range: $16.66 - $16.66 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match, Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Leave Sander Duties will include: Operation of a variety of electric sanders, other electric tools and hand tools for detailed woodwork. Performance evaluation is based on both quality and efficiency - working at a quick pace while maintaining superior quality standards. Sander Requirements: Hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity for fine detail sanding Good vision to include close vision & depth perception Attention to detail Physically fit to be able to work standing for an 8 hour period and lift and carry 30 pounds or more Able to work quickly Able to bend, reach and twist upper and lower body Conscientious of safety (safety equipment provided) Tolerant of a dusty environment, wood preservers, solvents Positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment Able to follow instructions Excellent attendance Able to stay focused and alert while performing repetitive tasks Reliable transportation High School Diploma or Equivalent Woodworking experience is a plus Woodworking tools experience is also a plus Who we are: Warmoth Guitar Products, maker of the finest custom guitar and bass parts on the planet, is a family owned and operated business located in Puyallup on South Hill.
