EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 5–10 years of relevant leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of WIOA Youth Program requirements and performance measures
• Staff supervision experience
• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
• Strong critical thinking and execution skills
• Workflow development experience
• Data management and analysis experience
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required

• Supervise contractor staff delivering HGCY services
• Ensure youth services meet performance targets and contractual requirements
• Act as the primary liaison with Workforce Solutions staff
• Manage budget, staffing, and resources
• Lead continuous improvement and staff development efforts
• Provide guidance and support for HGCY staff to ensure positive outcomes and weekly performance goals are met
• Provide new employee training for Youth Career Advisors
• Develop and maintain relationships with opportunity youth, community leaders, schools, and partner organizations to create a network of referrals
