The Aircraft Cabin Attendant is based in KBNA and is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Candidates for this position shall possess the capability to act autonomously while on the road and the ability to interact in a personable, yet highly professional, manner with costumers and adhere to applicable Lyon Aviation policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in extensive international flying as a cabin attendant on large cabin, long-range aircraft for an FAR Part 91 or Part 135 operation. Experience in, and familiarity with, Bombardier and Gulfstream large cabin aircraft preferred.
  • Possess and maintain a record of completion from a certified, recognized training organization documenting training in aircraft emergency procedures, normal cabin and galley operations, food safety and preparation.
  • Proficiency and experience in the procurement, storage, preparation and presentation of food and beverage service, while maintaining high levels of food safety.
  • Demonstrated culinary training or relevant culinary experience required.
  • Demonstrate a passion for creating exceptional dining experience.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing schedules and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Evidence exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with passengers and colleagues.
  • Evidence a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Possess a current and valid United States Passport.

Responsibilities
