Meet the team: Welcome to Dexcom EMEA Technical/Product Support Department - a vibrant, multicultural and multilingual team of over 270 professionals (and growing! ), representing 44 nationalities and using 14 different languages daily in conversations with our customers or, to be more precise, our patients (as we call them internally). We are the biggest team in EMEA currently, which is playing a pivotal role in supporting our patients with their Dexcom products by providing clear guidance and solutions. Dexcom offers a unique opportunity for German speakers: start with a fully paid English language course designed to help you succeed in our international team, then launch your career as a Product Support Representative. In just 11 weeks, you'll gain the language skills you need to thrive in a global company and help improve lives with cutting-edge technology. Where you come in: This is a phone-first role in a dynamic environment, where, after completing the English language course and internal training, y ou will be the first point of contact for Dexcom users in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, delivering empathetic and accurate support. You will interact with Dexcom patients mainly via incoming calls, while diligently documenting every interaction accurately in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will provide technical support and clear instructions for any part of Dexcom CGM system, while building strong relationships by guiding and educating patients on best practices for product use. You will improve your competencies and efficiency by tracking achievements and performance through measurable KPIs. You will participate in additional projects and tasks that support your professional growth. What makes you successful: You are fluent in German and have basic English skills. You are eager to improve your English skills through a fully funded training program before joining the team. You can explain technical information clearly and patiently. You have strong communication skills across phone and email. You possess empathy, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
