Description Position Overview: The Gutter Crew Laborer supports the Gutter Crew in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial gutter systems. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, material handling, and job site preparation, with opportunities to learn skilled trade techniques and grow within the company. Responsibilities: Safely assist the Gutter Crew with installation, repair, and maintaining gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and related components on residential and commercial properties. Perform basic measuring, cutting, and assembling of materials under supervision (including aluminum, copper, and vinyl) according to project specifications. Operate hand and power tools, ladders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Set up ladders and job site safety equipment. Clean and prepare gutters, downspouts, and work areas Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles, tools, and job sites. Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices. Working Hours: Generally, Monday through Friday, 7am until 5pm. High school diploma or equivalent Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Team-oriented with good communication skills Preferred Skills (Not required): Experience with gutters, roofing, or exterior construction Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing and walking, which may be for extended periods of time Lifting and carrying, up to 75 lbs Pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead Manipulation of objects and materials, including holding, grasping, turning, and touching Keyboarding Driving Stooping, crouching, kneeling, bending Climbing ladders, stairs, or scaffolding Hearing, in-person and through the telephone or electronic device (such as a tablet) Visual acuity, both near (i.e. clarity of vision of approximately 20 inches or less) and far (i.e. clarity of vision of approximately 20 feet or more) The responsibilities outlined in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this role.
