JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Installer with the ability to drive a truck and box trailer (non CDL). The ideal candidate should have some experience in the construction field with roofing or gutter installation experience preferred. In this role you would be responsible for transporting the crew and equipment to various jobsites across southern and central Ohio and then assuming the role of gutter installation specialist while on location under the direction of the daily site supervisor. Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in installation or related construction fields.
• Strong understanding of construction inspection protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
• Must be over 25 years old to be eligible due to insurance limitations on drivers
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a smartphone and company applications for job information
• Able to work at heights
• High school GED or equivalent

  Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Complete Jobs in a timely manner as specified by ISG Management
• Safely operate company vehicles to jobsites and material pick-up locations
• Inspect company vehicle to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain a tidy worksite during and after completing jobs
• Ensure all gutter systems work effectively as per the Gutter Installation Handbook and meet customer aesthetic standards
• Maintain professionalism including use of uniforms, smoking in appropriate areas, and use of appropriate language
• Attending regular check-ins with Team Lead
• Ensure communication of relevant information to Crew Lead
• Maintain workplace safety as specified by State and Federal Regulations (ex. OSHA), and ISG manuals.
