Description
PURPOSE   We are looking for a motivated and responsible professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave period.  The Beyond Payroll Specialist is a member of the Service Development and Beyond Payroll team within ADP Global Payroll and specifically the GlobalView EMEA area. The role reports to the Manager responsible for this business line. The associate executes, maintains and corrects a set of standardized HR and Payroll administration tasks for multiple Clients and across several countries in GlobalView EMEA. It operates in compliance with ADP processes and policies. This role embraces 4 levels from associate to lead covering an evolutive set of responsibilities. The associate (junior) level covers a successful completion of all onboarding and learning activities and execution of a set of assigned tasks under supervision.   ROLE OBJECTIVES 1. Execute a set of tasks or activities in autonomy, following processes and standard operating procedures to deliver the agreed services timely and with high quality 2. Identify process inconsistencies, anomalies and delays, inform Team Manager and suggest process evolutions 3. Receive and address Client and internal requests through e-service, back up team members 4. Support service reviews, attending internal and Clients calls 5. Liaise with ADP Partners and coordinate assigned activities, as required 6. Support the add-on order to invoice process 7. Collaborate with other ADP teams and occasionally support internal initiatives     Skills and Relevant Work Experience ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES: • Results and process oriented, attention to details • Good analytical and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • High level of Customer Service skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2), another European language is welcome • Ability to multi-task • Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset • Positive attitude, teamwork oriented • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel • Level of knowledge according to skill matrix (SAP, CRM, ADP tools, legislation, soft skills)
