GWO - Static & Reference Data Management (6 Months Contract) Why Join As a key member of our Wealth Management Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our wealth management services to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of financial products and services, and contribute to the growth and success of our business. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and support. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work. You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and provide excellent client service. What you do - Receive and create security instruments (Equity/Bond/Fund/Structured Notes etc.) and counterparty information - Update instrument and counterparty information - Update other non-client/non-instrument general statics such as holiday tables, currency table, etc. - Setup of nostro and client cash account - Updating debit/credit interest spread in the system - Ad hoc tasks / projects as assigned by Line Manager - Ensure the processes are executed in line with the SOPs of the team and ensure team members understand their roles - Execute the control framework of the team (eg. EOD checklist, incident management, etc) - Execute the client delivery framework and ensure team members understand the client experience and how they impact it - Handhold exceptions and escalations until the event is complete with full resolution - Reporting of statistics/volume of the team for MIS purpose Essential Skills - Client-oriented mindset - Team Player with ability to work independently - Organized and excellent time management and prioritization skills - Able to identify key issues and attention to details - Good critical thinking and foster collaboration for process improvement - Good sense of control and risk awareness - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact effectively with various stakeholders Education Requirement - Degree or Diploma qualified - Fluency in English is essential - Clear written and verbal communication skills with all levels of staff - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - VBA and other technical skills will be a plus - Fresh graduate welcome Who We Are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
