Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: This position is centered on practical migration execution, system configuration, troubleshooting, and customer enablement. The Systems Architect collaborates closely with the Professional Services Architect, Program Manager, and Adoption teams to ensure successful project outcomes while minimizing disruption to business operations. Execute Google Workspace migrations from Microsoft 365 and legacy platforms Configure migration tools and perform test migrations, pilots, and production waves Execute cutovers, validate data integrity, and support post-migration stabilization Configure and administer Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat, Calendar, Google Cloud Identity Implement domain setup, user provisioning, group management, and licensing Support multi-domain and hybrid environments Provide Pre-sales support - Support the Sales team with Workspace, Services, and Add-on Products by providing training, capabilities material, project estimation etc. Deliver Client Projects - You will scope, design, lead, and deliver projects related to Workspace and its associated add-ons. Strive for client satisfaction and build trust through quality of delivery. Participate in Google Partner Program - Proactively sign up for key Google facilitated events and nurture relationships with Google team members. Assist the marketing team to drive Google adoption and community engagement. Qualifications Requirements: Expertise in Workspace administration and security, Chrome, and all other Google productivity products, tools, and add-ons Thought-Leadership in Chrome & Workspace 2+ years of experience with Workspace solutions for client projects Passion for Chrome, Workspace, and Associated Offerings from Google and keeping up to date with trends in infrastructure solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to partner both internally and with clients to provide a high level of support Required Skills Google Workspace (3), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (3), Chrome (2), GMail (3), Google Drive (2) Years of Experience Needed 3
