Job Title - GWS Senior Workplace Coordinator (GA) Location - Karawang, Indonesia The GWS Senior Workplace Coordinator (GA) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Facility Management / Third Parties as follow: Security, Cleaning Service, Gardening, Pest Control, Catering, Laundry, Receptionist and Office Management including Office Project renovation or new office project to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves selections, operating, review vendors / 3rd parties and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities: Implement HSE, Food Safety, and GMP policies. Design, troubleshoot, and improve IFM service activities. Analyze and optimize IFM service processes. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties. Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide training and support to IFM service teams. You Bring : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in IFM services within Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Hospital industry. Skilled in managing teams and multiple vendors. Experience in Security, Cleaning Service, and Pest Management. Strong knowledge of industrial operations and project management. Good communication, teamwork, and structured work attitude.
