Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional first impression to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage reception operations, including meeting room organisation, handling queries, and coordinating refreshments.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and external agencies, ensuring smooth operations and building management.
  • Support health & safety procedures, reporting incidents and maintaining compliance records.
  • Oversee cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Organise tenant engagement activities, including newsletters, pop-up stalls, and events.
  • Manage visitor access, key fobs, and security procedures.
