We are looking for a part time Gym Assistant, with experience in the leisure industry, to work in our health and Fitness suite Mint Condition. The applicant should be enthusiastic and have an interest in health and fitness and preferably have or be working towards a sports related qualification, however, this is not essential as training opportunities are available. The purpose of the role is to provide assistance to guests and members using the facility through the medium of a one to one service. Applicants should also have a strong understanding of Health and Safety and First Aid is beneficial.

Main duties will include:

• Familiarising guests and members with the facilities within Mint Condition
• Developing individual programmes
• Keeping the facility clean and tidy
• Providing a high standard of customer care
