ABOUT THE ROLES:

We are seeking an energetic and service-focused Gym Attendant to ensure our fitness centre and wellness facilities are safe, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a passion for health and fitness, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest service.
You’ll be responsible for assisting guests with gym usage, maintaining equipment, and overseeing the safety and cleanliness of the pool, sauna, and steam room areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests using the gym and wellness facilities
• Monitor the safety and proper use of all equipment, pool, sauna, and steam room areas
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance checks to ensure a pristine, hygienic environment
• Report and assist with any equipment faults, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
• Uphold hotel standards, including pool and water chemical testing (training provided if required)
• Support guests with basic fitness equipment guidance and respond to inquiries
• Ensure towels, water stations, and amenities are well-stocked and presented
• Contribute to a positive, health-conscious atmosphere for all users
