Access to VenPerks: amazing discounts at over 450 retailers across Australia, including major retail brands About the role Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking multiple enthusiastic, Gym Attendants to support the facilities at Albury Wodonga Military area. You will be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of pools, spas, and gymnasium areas, ensuring water quality and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible to identify concerns that may impact facility functionality and raise to the Defence Base Manager Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Support ADF training setups and emergency response coordination. Ensure lifeguard coverage and authorised facility use. Complete compliance reporting and SHEQ requirements. Promote safety culture and resolve operational issues. About you 1+ years’ experience in a similar role Level 1 First Aid Certificate Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity A results-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Confidence in supervising users and enforcing safety protocols Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team. Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous) Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
