This is a hands-on role that includes teaching classes, leading a team, engaging with parents, and driving membership growth and daily operations. Key Responsibilities Teach classes regularly and model high-quality instruction Lead, train, and support a high-performing team Drive enrollments, retention, and outstanding customer experiences Communicate confidently with parents and guide families through enrollment Support local marketing efforts, events, and community partnerships Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and facility standards Qualifications Comfortable teaching children in a group setting Strong communication skills with both kids and parents Leadership or management experience in a people-focused role Sales confidence and customer-first mindset Organized, positive, and energetic Experience in child development, education, or gymnastics is a plus. Training provided.
