Our space is sleek, energetic, and client-focused — and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Associate to help us keep it running smoothly.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. From greeting clients and managing bookings to keeping the space tidy and supporting our training team, your presence helps define the Ultimate Athletics experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and check in members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage class bookings and membership inquiries (in-person, by phone, or email)
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and common area
• Assist with retail sales and merchandise restocking
• Support trainers and management with light administrative tasks
• Open and/or close the facility depending on shift
• Proficiency with Canva
