The Gym Host will provide an excellent service and member journey ensuring all needs are catered for. Main responsibilities include; ensuring member requirements are taken into consideration and understood when in the retail spaces, carry out hosting duties on the gym and club floor when needed and to manage bookings and the treatment diary.
